Common questions

Can we purchase just one Schoolstation product?

Yes. Schoolstation products are licensed individually, so your district can start with the tools it needs. You can also choose multiple products to support different departments.

How is Schoolstation licensed?

Schoolstation uses annual, school-based licensing. Pricing depends on the products selected and the number of schools included in your district's agreement. Additional implementation or professional services, when needed, are scoped and quoted separately.

Can we add products later?

Yes. Districts can expand their Schoolstation subscription as needs change. We'll review the additional products, licensing, and any setup or training requirements.

Can we bring our existing data?

Supported imports vary by product and source format. We'll review the data you want to bring over, identify available import options, and determine whether any preparation or migration services are needed. Not every historical record or attachment format is supported.

What training is available?

Basic tenant setup and initial orientation are included. Review administrator onboarding and any additional training in your implementation plan. The scope depends on the products and services selected; additional professional services are scoped and quoted separately.

How do Schoolstation products work together?

Schoolstation products share a common starting experience through Depot where supported. Certain products complement each other, such as Evaluate with Scheduler and SupportDesk with TechInventory. The specific connections depend on product capabilities, licensing, and user permissions; not every workflow automatically exchanges data.

What happens after we contact Schoolstation?

We'll follow up to discuss your district's needs and the products that interest your team. You can ask questions about features, licensing, implementation, and next steps.

How can our district review security and privacy?

You can review our published Privacy Policy and the Technology Commitment on our About page. For questions about district data handling, security requirements, accessibility, or purchasing agreements, contact Schoolstation directly.
